usually March Madness is a happy place around our home. We have friends over to watch the games. There is loving tension between me and Curt over our brackets. We have long, arduous, horrible meals at the National Sports Bar. We lay in bed at night talking over the brackets, wins, defeats, how we picked an upset (or didn't), how we could still win first place if Duke loses, UCLA loses, UCONN wins, and Florida wins.
But alas, this year March may have just disappeared. There is no banter. All the final 4 teams are a shock. only 4 people from ESPN's brackets even picked them. 4 out of millions. All we are saying is "go bruins", but even that feels boring. (no offense UCLA). i was counting on some competition. dang it.
what a disappointment.

Oh I know! I have SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO been looking forward to March Madness this year! What a huge letdown. =(
