First, thanks so much to Dee Dee, who gave us some new photos of D!! And several of him smiling! He looks so BIG in these photos!
We've had some intense thoughts these last few days. I wouldn't say they're over. I feel a little like I've been clubbed over the head. But I DO feel exponentially more hopeful!! Thanks to all of you who are praying. Please continue to do so. I would write more details, but I don't know who is reading this blog, and we've been advised not to share too much.

Yeah, I kinda feel like we've been clubbed over the head.....and dragged off into the middle of a desert. But we do know that our God loves our children! What an opportunity to tell our children of the miracle God performed to bring them home.

Wow, that is some hopeful news. It would be such a relief if you have passed through court, as it's one less step holding things up. Either way though, I have faith this will come together in a powerful and incredible way for you all. I know a few other families affected by this as well and my heart aches for all of you... especially the wee ones waiting for their families in Ethiopia! Big hugs!

Yes, every step forward is cause for rejoicing and gratitude. John just got back from Ethiopia. He said in the airport there were several excited couples traveling back with their new babies. There was sweet camaraderie between them, of course, as they were experiencing the same joy & anticipation. That'll be YOU very shortly!! --Donna Stark
